Terms and Conditions
Clear Graphic Design feels that it is important that both the client(s) and the creative team feel comfortable with one another before entering a working relationship and we are happy to offer our first consultation, initial briefing meeting, communication and estimates at no charge and with no obligation. Subsequent consultations, advice, meetings, written and spoken concepts and work associated with altering and/or implementing the proposal will be charged at an hourly rate.
Full ownership of any design concept chosen out of designs presented to the client belongs to the client once payment has been received in full by Clear Graphic Design. We at Clear Graphic Design, however, retain the right to display all completed projects and any preliminary designs in design competitions, future publications on design, educational contexts, and any online or offline portfolios for the purpose of marketing or advertising our services.
Schedules will be established and adhered to by both the client(s) and Clear Graphic Design as well as any third parties involved. Where production schedules are not adhered to, final delivery date(s) will be adjusted accordingly.
The client shall not withhold acceptance of or payment for a project. The designer must be notified immediately should the client require any deviation from the original project objectives, allowing the designer to make any necessary changes. In the event of rejection of a completed project or cancellation during its execution, all elements of the project completed to that point must be returned, will remain the sole property of the designer and may not be used or reproduced in any way by the client or any other party. An invoice will be submitted for the work/hours completed up to the time of cancellation.
